Available delivery options

Enter a complete delivery address at checkout to see the methods and charges currently available for that destination. If checkout does not show a method, we are not accepting delivery to that address.

Processing and delivery estimates

Any estimate shown at checkout or in an order message is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. We will send tracking details when the selected service provides them.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact support immediately if an address is incorrect. Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins. For a delayed, missing, damaged or incomplete delivery, send the order number and relevant photographs so the shipment can be reviewed.

International orders

Where international delivery is offered, the recipient may be responsible for destination taxes, duties, customs clearance and related charges unless checkout states otherwise.
